I saw Ian who was very friendly and professional. I needed a deep tissue massage on my shoulder however I have pre-existing lower back issues, not only did he perform a massage on the affected area but also on my lower back and gave me extra exercise & physio advice which was extremely helpful, he also did some acupuncture. Post Half Ironman massage Was in bits before I came in. Paul did a great job loosening everything out. Was sore but ultimately worth it!
