Philippa Meier

Philippa Meier studied nursing in London graduating with honours in 2002 and has worked for a number of high profile hospitals in Cardiac and Emergency Departments throughout the UK, USA and Australia. She continues to enjoy a fulfilling career in nursing at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.  However, after a decade of experience in western medicine, Philippa is also profoundly aware of its limitations.The term ‘holistic’ is often thrown around the medical profession, yet due to limited time, the segregation of medicine and the inherent structure of hospital-based practice, holistic treatment is often difficult to achieve.  By discovering homeopathy in 2004, Philippa was introduced to a profession that truly respects a person’s individuality by treating that person ‘as a whole’. This led Philippa to further studies, completing a Bachelor of Science in Homeopathy at the Endeavour College of Natural Health in Melbourne.

Philippa believes that homeopathy is intensely empowering, resulting in significant physical, mental and emotional improvements.  She is well known for her genuine care and concern for her patients and is distinguished by her ability to provide a balanced and complementary approach to treatment.

Over the past four years, Philippa has worked on a large number of complex cases helping patients with issues such as anxiety, grief, stress, drug and alcohol related problems, children’s homeopathy, eczema, headaches, vertigo and hormonal complaints such as menopause and menstrual cycles.

Philippa currently runs her own practice at the Solace Complementary Medicine Clinic in Clifton Hill and also continues to work at the Endeavour Graduate Clinic in the Melbourne CBD.  She is a registered member of the Australian Register of Homeopaths (AROH) and a Professional Member of the Australian Homeopathic Association (AHA).
