Remedial Massage Therapist / Reiki Therapist
Born in Japan, Maki has enjoyed living in Australia since 1999.
Due to health issues from an early age, Maki has taken an interest in complementary therapies. Through her experience, she believes that successful therapy is acheived through a combination of physical, mental and emotional healing. This is reflected in Maki’s incredible massage and Reiki.
With a quiet and nurturing nature, Maki gains great satisfaction from witnessing her patients undertake their own healing journey and feels privileged to be part of this transition.
Maki is an instructor of Aikido, a Japanese martial art which teaches practitioners how to utilise their mind, body and spirit to effect great peace and change.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Remedial Massage
- Cert IV of Sports Massage
- Cert IV of Relaxation Massage
- Level 3A of REIKI Healing (Usui System)
