Lisa is a strong believer in integrative medicine.  She knows that Chinese and Western medicine can co-exist in harmony, based on a full awareness of their complementary strengths and limitations.  She has since practiced as an integrative physician blending Chinese medical philosophy with the science of western medicine and holistic health to treat a wide range of medical conditions that have failed to respond to conventional western approaches. Lisa believes techniques of integrative medicine can greatly improve patients ‘well-being’ and ‘quality of life’. She is particularly interested in educating her patients into aspects of their life that could potentially affect their health or well-being and believes that the implementation of dietary or lifestyle changes could considerably reinforce the effect of any imposed treatment.

Lisa is constantly on the look out for the latest research and developments in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, health management and patient care in order to best serve her patients.  She takes an integrated approach to treatment using energetic and structural principles in a tailored way to meet the individual needs of each patient.

Lisa’s focus is on the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of health challenges through holistic therapies. In her general practice she treats a broad spectrum of health concerns and is particularly interested in and enjoys treating pain conditions (musculoskeletal, neurological, headaches), rheumatic conditions, stress related illnesses, depression, anxiety, digestive related issues and autoimmune disorders.

Lisa’s goal is to promote healing and prevent illness, stimulating overall good health and an improved quality of life.
